MyTripZone

MyTripZone is a passenger travel management platform for a coach travel operator. It handles the full journey lifecycle for group trips — from generating and sending customers a quote, through accepting that quote, to registering as a passenger on a specific trip.

Passengers fill in a multi-step registration form (personal details, passport info, etc.) for their trip, and staff manage everything from an admin back office – viewing trip rosters, swapping passengers between trips if plans change, tracking submission/verification status, and handling the terms & conditions each brand requires customers to accept.

The platform serves several different travel brands from a single system, showing each brand’s own look, terms, and trust badges depending on which site a customer is on. It also keeps itself in sync with the operator’s underlying reservation/CRM systems, so bookings and passenger changes made in one place are reflected in the other.
