A custom WordPress website for Edinburgh-based office rental company Office Space Scotland, featuring hierarchical location management, integrated Google Maps, and built as the first implementation of my custom Site Management plugin and ACF page builder framework.
Office Space Scotland marked a significant milestone as the first website built using my custom-developed Site Management plugin and bespoke ACF-based page builder system. Rather than relying on off-the-shelf page builders, I designed a flexible content framework from scratch using Advanced Custom Fields, complete with custom header and footer builders that give clients granular control over their site’s structure while maintaining code quality and performance. This approach—combining my Site Management plugin’s design system tools with a purpose-built page builder—became the foundation for all subsequent WordPress projects, dramatically reducing build times while ensuring consistency, maintainability, and scalability across client sites.
